Cancellation Policy
Bookings & Payments Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Workshop places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the workshop are eligible for a full refund. If you cannot attend, a credit towards a future workshop may be offered, subject to availability. Bookings may be transferred to another person at any time before the workshop. Please email with the replacement attendee's details. Workshop Changes In rare circumstances, Bondi Macramé may need to reschedule or cancel a workshop. If this occurs, participants will be offered either a transfer to a future workshop or a full refund. Bondi Macramé is not responsible for any additional costs incurred, including travel, accommodation, parking, or other related expenses. Attendance Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the workshop start time. Late arrivals from start time may miss part of the instruction. Workshops cannot be extended to accommodate. Materials & Inclusions Unless otherwise stated, all materials & tools are included in the workshop fee. Participants will take home the project(s) created during the workshop. Colours, materials, & designs may vary slightly from promotional images. Health & Safety Participants are responsible for ensuring they are able to safely participate in workshop activities. Please advise us of any accessibility requirements, injuries, allergies, or medical conditions prior to the workshop. Bondi Macramé reserves the right to refuse participation where there is a reasonable safety concern. Photography Photographs & videos may be taken during workshops for promotional purposes, including use on our website & social media. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the facilitator at the start of the workshop. Children Unless otherwise stated, workshops are suitable for participants aged 16 years & over. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Liability To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Bondi Macramé is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from participation in a workshop, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. By booking a workshop, you acknowledge that you have read this policy.
