At Bondi Macramé, we want you to shop with confidence and love your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at bondimacrame@gmail.com.
We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
For change-of-mind purchases, items may be returned for an exchange or shop credit within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, & returned at the customer's expense.
Custom-made, personalised, digital, sale, & workshop bookings are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received & inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major fault, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as provided by law.
